All sales are final. My shop does not accept exchanges or returns - however, if you have questions, concerns or issues with your order please don't hesitate to contact me.
MY SHOP DOES NOT SHIP TO THIRD PARTY MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES. The shipping address entered for your rewards must be the final destination to confirm delivery on my end. I cannot replace decks that have been delivered and then stolen from your porch/mailbox. I cannot replace individual cards. Make sure your shipping address is correct and the location is a safe and secure place for you to receive parcels.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please make sure to enter your legal first and last name and phone number for customs clearance. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays due to customs. I‘m not responsible for any damage that occurs to decks in customs sorting or once it is in your possession. Please private message me if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.
EU CUSTOMERS: Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to ship to the EU due to the new EU GPSR which went into effect late last year. I hope this changes at some point in the future but for now I'm unable to accommodate individual customers in the EU.
