This will be the first of many limited edition releases in collaboration with Wyrd Wit, my sister’s custom bookbinding and editing house. She has magically transformed trade paperback copies of Nin’s erotic masterpiece into exquisite hardbound editions, each cover featuring an adorable vintage playing card from Mémoires de Casanova by French painter Paul-Émile Bécat.
